D.O.G.E. Subcommittee Chairwoman Marjorie Taylor Greene Releases First Post-Hearing Review and Recommendations

Today, following the Delivering On Government Efficiency (D.O.G.E.) Subcommittee’s first hearing, The War on Waste, Chairwoman Marjorie Taylor Greene released the first Post-Hearing Review and Recommendations.

“When I was named Chairwoman of the D.O.G.E. Subcommittee, I wanted it to be different,” stated Greene.

“I didn’t want to wait until the end of each Congress to deliver a report—I wanted action after every hearing.

Implementing recommendations in near real-time is the only way to make real, lasting changes in the fight against waste, fraud, and abuse in the federal government.

We don’t have time to waste—and certainly not two years.

My mandate is simple: work as the name D.O.G.E. demands—swiftly, effectively, and with purpose.”

Washington is broken, but the D.O.G.E. Committee is committed to fixing it.

Chairwoman Greene and the committee recognize the countless problems in the way Washington operates. However, their focus is not just on exposing waste—it’s on delivering real solutions.

This week’s first report, built on testimony from expert witnesses, lays out key solutions to eliminate waste and fraud from improper payments. The recommendations include both legislative and executive actions to address issues identified during the hearing.
